These Terms & Conditions govern your use of nutritionemporio.com and purchases from Nutrition Emporio. By
using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to rights available to you under
applicable law.
- Website Use
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access,
submit misleading information or use the store for fraudulent activity.
- Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product names, descriptions, images, prices, ingredients, sizes
and availability. Packaging, colours, labels and product presentation may change from time to time. Always read
the actual product label, ingredients, directions, warnings, batch and expiry details before use. Product images
and website descriptions do not replace the label supplied with the product.
- Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt and does not
necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted. We may contact you to verify details or cancel an order
where there is a genuine issue, such as suspected fraud, an obvious pricing or listing error, stock unavailability
or delivery restrictions. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the amount paid for that
order will be refunded through an appropriate method.

may be subject to separate eligibility, quantity, timing and redemption conditions. We may correct genuine errors
and update future prices, but this does not remove rights that apply to an already accepted order under

considered paid until the payment provider confirms successful payment. Do not share passwords, OTPs or
payment credentials with anyone claiming to be customer support.
